Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s Rototuna. I ordered a gluten-free chicken pizzas, but when I got home and opened the box, I was shocked to find chicken nuggets thrown on top instead of proper chicken.
I called the store around 7:45 PM, and the staff casually told me its gluten free base. When asked that these chicken nuggets are not gluten free, staff said they had run out of chicken, so they used nuggets instead — without informing me at all. Seriously? That’s not just poor service, it’s completely unacceptable. It shows a total lack of basic customer service and common sense, especially when someone is ordering gluten-free, which often relates to health needs.
The staff member then said I could come back and talk to the manager. I told her I have two young kids and can’t just drop everything and come back again. I was left to sort dinner all over again due to their mistake — and ended up cooking at home, which defeats the whole point of ordering out.

The food making was prompt, and the pizza arrived hot and fresh, exceeding my expectations. The quality of ingredients was evident in every bite - the crust was perfectly golden and crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were generous and delicious. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The pizza was neatly prepared, and the packaging was sturdy, ensuring everything arrived in pristine condition. The delivery person was courteous and adhered to safety protocols. Overall, Domino's food is not only a scrumptious meal but also a fantastic customer experience. I want to thank Mr DHALIWAL for exceptional service and I'll definitely be ordering again soon! Kudos to the team for consistently setting the bar high.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s many times before, and a few times my order wasn’t quite right — but I never bothered leaving a review. However, this time I have to.
On 25th October 2025 around 10 p.m., I picked up my order of two pizzas. When I got home and opened the boxes, I realized that one of the pizzas was missing three or four key ingredients — including spring onion and paneer, which completely ruined the taste.
I had to drive all the way back to the store to get it sorted. When I spoke to the staff member (a white guy wearing glasses), instead of apologizing, he was dismissive. He didn’t even seem to know what spring onion was and said they were “out of it.” When I mentioned the missing paneer, he had no proper answer and told me I “should have checked before leaving.”
That’s not how customer service should work. Mistakes can happen, but the attitude and lack of responsibility were unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff better in both customer service and food...
