Domino's Pizza Te Rapa — Restaurant in Hamilton

I'm honestly fed up with Te Rapa Domino's. I used to rate you guys, you made pretty decent pizza and we literally got pizza once a week from you guys. Last Tuesday (16.04.2024) we ordered our usual pizza order but the cheese was different and was inedible. I called the store and spoke to a lady who advised Domino's had sent them the wrong pizza (which is fine, things happen). My sons have Autism and are very particular with what they eat, they took one bite and wouldn't have anymore. So I called and asked for a refund as the wrong ingredients were used. She said for me to call back in 2-3 days to get free pizza instead, I asked how would they know if I call up or how can this happen. She ensured me it would noted down with my name. I have called 4 times now and have been fobbed off every time, asking me to call back when the store manager is there, but it's very convenient that every time I call they aren't there. It's horrible customer service and I'm highly disappointed with a store we would go...

Convenient location, good parking and okay service. The last two times i ordered, the store had no cheesy garlic scrolls in stock and this was not communicated with me. The most recent occasion was last night. I was able to order the scrolls on the app and when i picked up my order they had decided to substitute the scrolls for another item of their choice and not tell me (first cheesy garlic bread and second a plain garlic bread) The first time i got home and thought they had given me the incorrect order by mistake, which happens from time to time. But the second time i pointed out the docket and that my order was not correct. One of the workers told me that they didn't have any scrolls and said sorry they were busy. I didn't get my money back for the cost difference between the item i paid for and the item i received. Both times the food was yummy, but I'm just super disappointed with continual lack of communication and ‘’sorry we were busy’’ doesn't excuse it...

I ordered 2x pizzas ($12 per pizza), 1x pizza was standard and the other with 3x as many topping for an additional $14

When the pizza was delivered, they looked exactly the same as the standard pizza, no extra toppings.

I called the store to let them know to be told they put 3x as many toppings on both pizzas, that’s why they looked the same. But some slices didn’t even have toppings, and they both looked like all the standard pizzas I’ve ordered in the past.

The store wasn’t able to provide me a refund for the lack of extra toppings but instead offered to send me another pizza.

They sent another pizza and it had quite a lot more toppings compared to the first 2. As many toppings as what you’d expect when you order 3x as many toppings.

Quite disappointed in the first delivery as well as the excuse given over the phone and that they wouldn’t provide a refund for the toppings. But glad they provided an alternative remedy by sending...
