Dumpling King — Restaurant in Hamilton

My partner and I have been coming here for years since we were in Uni. Family owned and hard working, great prices, and a lot of variety. Any time we call for an order they know it's us just from "hello."

I highly recommend the vegetarian dish on the Chinese menu (it doesn't appear on the English menu). It does have quail eggs but you can opt out if looking for a complete vegetarian option and it won't dissapoint! Their specials are also really tasty and worth a try.

Originally planned to eat at the Taiwanese restaurant nearby but they were closed on the day we were passing thru the area, so Dumpling King was a wonderful find. Freshly made dumplings were perfectly cooked and brought out in no time; the 餃子皮 had the best texture, and the dumpling fillings were wonderfully flavored. One word to describe , the worst dumpling I have eaten , skin are so think , filling not much n tasteless . Chinese Burger , we are actually just eating the pastry and as for the Spring Onion Pancake , can even count the spring onion just to show how much they put.
