Made an online order as per the website instruction.....and it was delivered 3 days later(of course I was not at that address then as live 3 hrs away). The duty manager told me it was my fault because I put in a delivery day and time on the website!!!!????? WTF. After 4 phone calls and 2 visits in person, there was no way I was to get a $ refund!!! Then only a voucher for the pizza's I ordered. Or a voucher for that store only....so finally got a voucher including the delivery fee I paid online....but it was for one month only....went back and the best they could do again after saying originally face to face there is no expiry date, was to make it for 3 mths.. This will be my last Hell's pizza order in person when I hopefully can use this voucher in time. Still no genuine appology, after a verbal slip up from the duty manager "when this has happened before" ...if your system does not work effectively, own it, take accountability, fix it, look after your customer, cause if it was not for the customer, you would have no business. So gutted, disappointed. There are consumer laws that any service industry is suppose to abide by....if the customer is not happy regarding a failed service than what say you......blame...
Read moreSuper slow place! Not enough staff. 40+ mins wait on multiple occasions. Other customers were also unhappy about having to wait for a whole hour. Sometimes they make the pizza but don't do the sides right away, which means the pizza is going to be soggy. I don't know why they don't tell customers how long it really takes to make their order. It's always "just 2mins", "5mins" but ends up being an hour. Either they need to get more staff or reduce their prices. No one's getting their money's worth. Also, they are using supermarket coleslaw, in case someone is thinking about ordering slaw/sandwiches/wraps. You can make your own for fraction of...
Read moreI've been here a lot now and I can honestly say they have the best pizza around. The staff are super friendly and do a great job overall. However, they have gotten our order wrong twice now. I am usually uncomfortable asking for an order to be corrected. But the second time around I had built up the courage to ask, and I was super happy when they helped me out. This shows great customer service as they had the ability to fix a mistake without fuss. Another time when we received a dessert pizza, the woman said "sorry, I accidentally put on too much chocolate", which is actually the opposite of a mistake! Thank you Hell Pizza Hillcrest for...
