I ordered this delivered last night. The staff were very helpful on the phone - all the vegan curries are gluten free, and about half can be made dairy free. I got the channa massala and the dal makhani, as well as onion baji (like deep fried onion rings) and vadai (a lentil and chickpea flour savoury donut), and poppadoms instead of rice with my curries. I had asked about soup on the phone and none of the options were GF, but my order came with one I didnt see on the menu (a lentil and vege soup) which was so nice. I was unwell- which was why I didnt want to cook, and it was the perfect thing, it was really tasty as was everything. There was the usual sauce for my sides- the taramind sauce, as well as two extra sauces, a tomato chutney-like sauce, and a white sauce that tasted mildly like creamy tofu, it was such well-timed extra care that I needed and appreciated so much. Great service, amazing food, delivery is easy to use online (just specify no dairy online, but clarify over the phone over which you can do this with). We are group of 6 friends & always have dinner at your restaurant. We moved to different place but still keep coming back to your restaurant till today. And Partik used to serve us every time & he is awesome, he has great customer service skills. But today we were really DISSAPPOINTED with the customer service received by one of your staff members. She was so rude over the phone as well as when we were in the restaurant. We were so polite with her but even then she was so rude. Then we just left without having dinner at your restaurant. Waiter was completely disinterested and wasn't very good at hiding it

The wine was completely flat and tasted like it had been sitting unopened for days. Mango chicken was served with chicken that was still pink in the middle The sauce on the lamb madras tasted like it was poured out of a jar then a cup of salt added to it. To top it off, it was congealed and not creamy or saucy at all Ordered cheese and garlic naan.... no cheese or garlic in sight and it was still doughy.
