I've been a regular customer, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I ordered the Banquet Thali, which is supposed to include three curries, two naan, a samosa, and a can of drink. However:
No choice for curries – You have to look at photos online and guess what’s available. Why not have set options (A, B, C, D) to make ordering easier? Missing items – I didn’t receive the samosa, but I got chutneys instead. Am I supposed to drink chutney? Wrong drinks – I ask for Fanta, but I often get Coke or something else. This has happened multiple times. Tiny rice portion – The thali came with barely two teaspoons of rice (photo attached). Customer service issue – When I called to raise my concerns, the staff member laughed at me. This is completely unprofessional. Soggy naan – The naan was not fresh or properly cooked. Mithai Hub used to be one of the finest Indian vegetarian restaurants, but not anymore. I’m really disappointed and won’t be ordering...

The lady on the phone was asking me what deal? I said its online ,and she hung the phone up. I then checked uber and it did say what I thought it did.I called back ,she said no I've already got a discount and hung the phone up. I will never order from this place again.
