Had a hair in my steak. Tock back and wonted new plate tock to long everyone well and truly finished meal so before it was brought out I said I wonted to cancel as every one ready to leave and didn't won't to eat alone. The worse thing was going to pay I got abuse from front of house staff which i didn't won't to argue so walked of after paying partners than 2 other staff came outside screaming at me and my family than accusing me of putting the hair there and wouldn't stop yelling at us . Was so shocked at customer service was so appalling that they had the nerve to harrase us like that which I had my frail mum with me to . I never seen such unprofessional customer service in my life. Had dinner here tonight we placed our order my son ordered a kids meal the waitress didn't even bother asking what flavour sundae he wanted or what flavoured drink. Starter's were nice but as for the Mains I wouldn't bother my partner ordered the classic Sirloin steak meal with mushroom sauce and a couple egg's, received our mains they had forgotten his egg's not only that the mushroom sauce was absolutely disgusting. I let the waitress know the sauce tasted awful and all she could say was I'll let the kitchen know. This place was our go to for dinner but after tonight I wouldn't bother going...

Honestly amazing foods always spent $103 for a decent sized steak and there seasonal vege was hot and mouth watering as well as the supreme pizza and garlic bread with two kids chicken nuggets meal. brought a couple friends as it was their first time eating there and they loved their food and said it was defending worth the money spent , kid friendly and the waitresses are just the best and most kindest people ever. Highly recommend restaurant overall 100/100...
