I have had American BBQ food in America and the Uk and this Food was not anything like American BBQ the brisket was crumbling and didn’t taste or look like it had been smoked!! the crispy pork and the bacon hadn’t seen a smoker and was very flavourless. No bbq sauce was on our meat tray meal. They don’t offer pulled pork or burnt ends on a meat tray which should have been a giveaway. The best thing was the smoked cheesy sausage and that wasn’t made by them. Very disappointing. If you want Real American BBQ don’t eat here. You say you use a smoker I don’t doubt that but I would question how long it stays in a the smoker as the meat doesn’t look or taste like it has been in the smoker long enough and the texture of the brisket being crumbly is the fact you have to much moisture during cooking. I brought 2 brisket burgers chips and half rake of ribs!! $80 plus!!!!! It was cold!! The brisket was sooo dry and the amount I got was such a rip off.. I basically brought a coleslaw burger on crusty bun. No cheese nothing!!! Chips were cold!! The ribs were suppose to be half a rack but we got 5. 5 bones!! Basically no meat!! I’m sooo disappointed!! My 1st time getting their food, likely won't be back though. They had a 2 for 1 deal going for a beef burger and fries. So got x2 of that + x2 tacos - a fried chicken + pork one. The tacos were actually swimming in the container, starting to soak through the container by when it came, had to drain the liquid before attempting to eat. Way too much sauce on them, and impossible to eat like a handheld taco should be. Burgers were ok, nothing special. Way too much salt on fries, everything kinda cold too - we are close as - under 5 minute drive. Not good value at almost $60 with the 2 for 1 deal.
