Churn is a cafe by day and Thai restaurant at night, I am reviewing the restaurant and will review the cafe another time. Suffice to say Churn has become my go to for coffee in the area. The Thai food is superb. We have dined in and had several take outs. Online ordering take out is easy and efficient. We have had curry puffs entre which are better than most and not greasy. Stir fry chicken and when dining in a mixed seafood hot plate (sizzling platter). Also a Panang curry and Massaman curry beef. The essperso machine setup is fancy and no doubt assists with the silky, glossy pecfection of milk that is delivered into every cup crying out to craddle its warmth. Bueatiful to gaze at along with the artwork that wraps around the walls.
My go to bench mark coffee test passed easily. The Cafe side of Churn is equal to any top cafe in Auckland.
Prices are reasonable considering global economy issues. I look forward with anticipation, returning to sample the Thai menu.
I can whole heartly recommend Churn, but this for what it is worth, is just my opinion, you will need to visit this hot...

The fish is fresh and yummy to be eaten with the sauce and vegetables that come with it. You can taste that it is still crunchy, as long as you eat it while it is still hot. The pad thai is great. One of the best we have tasted. The entree: prawns wrapped in egg noodle are special too. Would definitely go back to try out other food on the menu. It's a great cafe restaurant with warm settings and definitely an excellent choice for a quiet...
