McDonald's Te Atatu North — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Okay.......need to review again. The night shift.....this is the worst crew. A number of issues however the one that stood out....couple of kids/ VIP customers know someone out back. We now have a local DJ playing their tunes while I need to wait 15 mins for 2 items. Hey at least we can slow jam. I can wait.

Now that we are in the right mood, it is time for the "VIP customers" to lock the only door you can enter/exit. Multuple times.....why? Because its closing time.....at 8.30pm? Other people banging on door asking what is going on? Manager said....its ok, we are closing now anyway.....ahhhh ook.

Well ok. NVM. The managers mates having a good lol and their stupid games are more important than customers.

Its Mc Donalds. No one in their right mind expects amazing....just gimme my cheap junk food with no issues. Thats it!

Mc Donalds is all about processes and customer service, they have a huge market share globaly and pride themselves on their internal systems. They do an excellent job by n large.

Te Atatu Peninsula is the Worst Mac ds in Nz. All the kids say that and I continue to find out why. Just ordered a combo amount other things with extra sauce which was confirmed. They didn’t supply the drink or the sauce. The argued about both and although I would have been very happy to pay extra for the drink they wouldn’t supply it and told me to leave. Incredible when this chain usually has a great culture and training. Seems like the owners must be creating this bad culture and attitude. The burgers were flattened and cold plus no pickles in the cheese burger and no lettuce in the Boss burger This is my first poor google review but being disappointed by them again and being told to leave was a little too much. Sort it out team. Fix your culture as your destroying a great brand in Te Atatu...

Staff are nice and the coffe is amazing! Repeat your request for tomatoe sauce!! i have to wonder if they are trained to miss things, esp sauces and napkins. I hate it when I sometimes go through the drive way in my pjs and really just don't want to have to get out of the car for things or if i m in a rush to go to places and i don't have time to park but i need go inside to get something they missed. I have had the experience of asking for tomatoe sauce both at the speaker point and payment window but still got no sauces.

One time they didn't come back to the window, even after i reluctantly yelled out "excuse me! Sorry!" and honked... I was embarrassed. But in general... They are friendly. I seriously wonder if the company trained...
