Made an online order , to which they had called the number I had put on the order after clearly receiving an order - & said to me that they will not be delivering my order because system was down . Which couldn’t be true cause why would he have my order details ?? ... I proceeded to make my order over the phone & explained this order has been paid for & money has come out of my account for the order & I have proof, so I would appreciate if either the order be made over the phone and sent out or a refund to happen as I do not have a vehicle to pick up my order. Many excuses and after multiple attempts to hang up and disregard my calls they have failed to NOT only follow through with an order but have also not refunded my money !! If I could rate a 0 star I would as this was the most disgusting customer experience I have ever received in my life time . I work in a customer service role & am aware of the processes involved & cannot believe the audacity of these disrespectful lieng theiving cunning people . They have stolen my money & failed to supply me with my order . I will be taking this further as this is pure THEFT/DAYLIGHT ROBBERY ! I am a single mother at home without a vehicle and a sick child to feed off of a low income wage & to have such ignorant people try and manipulate a situation is disappointing!!! This is injustice.
