I ordered Curry Prawn and Veggies it said in the menu it served on white rice, after I went home to open my dinner I found only curry about half a dozen of frost burnt shrimp, some old not fresh small pieces of vegetables, no rice at all just the tasteless hot curry with some dry white color tasteless shrimp. I called the shop no one answered. I went back to the shop I told the owner my takeaway I had the night before was no rice and was some dry tasteless shrimp not prawns with frost burn the vegetables was soft and yuck no flavor at all and I was very disappointed as I was hungry and tired after work and i couldn’t cook meal for myself. The owner started yelling to me buy Chinese language and kicking his legs and feet up in the air in my direction like he trying to hit me and said no rice no rice it doesn’t come with rice, I showed him the menu he continued to kick his legs towards me and his son trying to hold him back with his two arms and then his son waived his hand to me to leave the shop special when I told him his miss leading the customers. It was an awful experience I couldn’t believe what happened and how this person and this takeaway shop still in the business. Never...

We have eaten here for 8+ years. Over the past several months the quality of sweet and sour pork has declined to being balls of batter with little to no Pork at all. We have tried the pork 4 additional times now, hoping that it was a one off issue as it used to be amazing with large bits of pork. Since telling the owner that we had received balls of batter with little to no pork. On the 2nd time this happened I rang the owner and he told me that it was not his shop it must be a mistake.....now the 4th time this has happened (tonight) I have rung him again to say that it was just balls of batter and I was disappointed given how it used to be. His response was go to another takeaway if we don't like it. This is his style and it has always been this way. I understand that covid/inflation is hitting hard but you don't sell balls of batter as sweet and sour pork when you used to have generous...

Do not order from here. We ordered kumara chips and chicken burger. Said five minutes on the phone. It took twenty five. When we got back home half the chips WEREN'T COOKED! When we split them they actually made a cracking noise. Then the "chicken" burger turned out to be a fish burger. Called to get s refund but was offered half on the kumara chips but nothing on the burger. Owner actually argued and said it wasn't fish and it was our style. Then he hung up on a twelve year old (he had placed the order for the first time) Three people in our house agreed the burger was fish. And the lettuce in the burger was soggy and off. Disgusting. Hopefully the health department visit this place...
