Evelyn Page Retirement Village — Local services in Hibiscus and Bays

We had dinner with 2 friends who are residents of the facility and we had a wonderful welcoming time. Diane was most pleased to see us as our mother was previously a resident. With dinner with friends we met both Michael and the very lovely Lorenzo at the bar. Both made us ( my 2 sisters and I) most welcome and are an asset to the business. As a shareholder of the company, it was a pleasure to meet and greet you, the staff did not know of my major connection and treated us as any guests who visited. They are both as asset to the business and I will mention both names when I attend the AGM as a treasure of the business who should be encouraged to make full use of the contributions to the business. Five stars of an excellent quality and job...

I was told about a lovely lady that fell ill at this village and happened to be living there in unserviced area.....No one member of staff would help her with meals....She was willing to pay to have them delivered to her door etc....BUT was told because she wasn't in part of the village that was serviced it was a no go...She had no immediate family to help but this village was not willing to bend the rules so she could have cooked food brought to her...It inconvenienced them and no amount of money offered for a temp service swayed them. Ryman are the last village I would consider when and if my time comes to move out of my home. 2025 and this sort of stuff is...

From the moment we made contact with Jo and her team my 81 year old mother in law was at ease moving from her home of 57 years is a pretty big thing but Jo was fantastic to deal such a lovely human being What a Retirement Village mums apartment is absolutely gorgeous we couldn't have wanted a better place for mum and dad to move to ,and the lunch platter that Jo and her lovely colleague brought for the family on arrival was off the planet absolutely delicious thanks everyone...
