We recently dined here and were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From booking to departure, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were understanding and accommodating, especially given our late arrival due to traffic from South Auckland. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated.

The food offering was extensive and of high quality, with a wide variety of options for cooked food, BBQ, and salads. The staff were attentive, regularly topping up our selection of meats and sides. They even went above and beyond by storing our son's cake in the fridge at no extra charge.

Me and my friend came to have lunch here. I have been here before and found that the food was quite good and at the time… edible. After my experience today it’s not the case. Firstly the chips were dry and flavourless and cold, I get it it’s a buffet but no one wants to eat cold food. Secondly one of the dumplings had mould and the other 2 dumplings weren’t cooked at all. I went to eat the uncooked ones unknowing they weren’t cooked and both of them were cold and still had the soup jelly in them. I felt sick opening it up to see that, knowing I had already swallowed one. If you eat meat, it’s fair to say you won’t be going hungry after a visit here. We visited for the $20 lunch (excludes bbq) and there was plenty of tasty food on offer. Not loads of vegetarian-friendly options, but there were a few. You won’t get as much value for money if you eat vege however. The only sweets were custard buns and cake (bun yum, cake average) but we filled up and came for the savoury stuff anyway. They discourage food waste which is good. There was a steady flow of all kinds of people visiting. It’s spacious inside and has music to cater to general audiences, as well as a small kids area with lots of lego/duplo.
