Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Online ordering customer service is not so great as I placed the order online and chose to pick up the pizza. I wanted to double check the pick up time as sometimes pizza is ready before time and other time is not so I can go and pick up the pizza and leave as had a long day but when I called the online number customer service lady told me that she could not find my order. she tried few times on her system then I had to tell her that I have a confirmation and can show you as I understood that call had gone through to the store. She said its best that I come to the store. When I went the pizza was ready as a staff who usually is at the store knowing me as I go there mostly called me and said the order is ready while a lady behind the counter was searching my order on the system. What a hassle it was as I did not want to go to the store like this but only to pick up my order and leave and not to convince that the order is placed and i have paid. Pizza was good for sure and guys at the store are great always. I will go to the store but will not comfortable for online...

The driver crashed into my entrance, hitting and damaging a lemon tree. He did get out of the car without speaking or saying anything (His car was damaged, too, and he didn't even check it). I asked him who he was, as it was a private car. He said: Delivery! I looked confused as my guests had accidentally ordered the night before without my knowledge. What made me very angry was that he didn't apologise and acted like nothing had happened and left me to clean up the huge mess he had created at our entrance and just drove off. The manager said "sorry" and said he'd call back. He never did. My lemon tree was freshly planted and a present, so I was very attached to it. It likely won't grow any more now. I ordered the Meatlovers Pizza on a Stuffed Crust and a side of Boneless Bites for pickup last night. The pizza was absolutely delicious – hot, packed with flavourful toppings, and that stuffed crust was perfectly cheesy and chewy. The Boneless Bites were also crispy and well-sauced.

My order was ready exactly on time, and the staff member who served me at the counter was incredibly friendly and efficient. The store itself was clean and organized, making for a smooth pickup.

Overall, excellent food quality and service. I'd highly recommend this Pizza Hut location and will definitely be back for my next...
