Sal's Authentic NY Pizza - Silverdale — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

The last few times we've ordered from here the service has been terrible. No acknowledgement from staff, not even a "be right with you". Phone calls left either not answered, or answered and left on hold for 10 minutes before we gave up. I worked in the hospitality industry for years, and one of the first things I learned was never ignore a customer. I can't in good conscience give a 1 star for the food, because it is still good, but I refuse to give it 5. Its such a shame, because 5 years ago the service here was amazing. Either re-educate your staff for better customer service or hire better staff. Because if things don't improve, I can't imagine we'll be ordering much from you if...

I ordered 2 pizzas online - I was told they would be ready at 7:14pm. I arrived at the store at 7:13pm...not ready...1 minute later I was handed 2 piping hot perfect pizzas.

Yes, they are expensive, but they are also huge.

I’m personally not a big fan of ‘genuine American’ anything these days but the team at Sal’s meet and exceed their promise - you get exactly what they say and if New York Pizza- thin base with tradition NYC toppings is your preference, then they do it to perfection.

Now...where can I find a cheesy deep pan Chicago...

I went here with my wife for a cheap and cheerful dinner. We have ordered from here a ton before and always really enjoy it. This time we ordered way too much - hot wings with blue cheese sauce, a pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni wheel and it was all great. We ate in and the restaurant was really clean and the people were really friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We really enjoyed our night and will be back again. If you're after quality Sals and good NY style pizza then Silverdale is one...
