Pies were great and for a competitive price. Flaky pastry, euro style and full of mince. Sandwiches were expensive but definitely higher quality compared to other bakeries. Very clean store - will be visiting again.

Last time I set foot in Long Bay was 1997 during a school camping trip to MERC. I wasn't expecting Long Bay to be quite as developed as now. This is great news because I found this gem of a bakery. We walked past it thinking that we will go try out one of the cafes nearby because normally a bakery in a newly developed area tend to be not that good. So we threw caution to the wind and settled with the good old pie and sausage roll. We were definitely not disappointed. That sausage roll reminded me of my childhood. The taste brings me back. The Butter Chicken pie was amazing! I dare say that this is probably the best tasting Butter Chicken pie out there. The Mince and Cheese however was lacking something. I can't quite put my finger on it. Pie pastry is superb. I can't wait to go back there and try...

this place is great. but do you know what isn't? THE CRANBERRY AND CHICKEN PIE!!! there was NO cranberry. why bother calling it CRANBERRY and chicken pie when there ISN'T!!! just call it CHICKEN pie. I will 100% be going back and trying the cranberry and chicken pie, and if there is no cranberry i will review again.

Part 2 Went there with a friend and yet again NO CRANBERRY!! My friend also got the wrong pie given 😔 Lovely workers tho

We were getting chicken and chips so I asked for a fresh fish to be cooked, she acted if she didn't understand me and then replied the ones in the bay Maree were hot!!! It was hard and cold!!! I mentioned to her and then she gave me a ooooo If a customer has a request because they know from the look of the product its not hot and fresh, I think you should listen!!! Chips were cooked twice!!! Definitely lost some...
