When we (me and my grandparents) went to Burger King, there was nobody standing at the front to take orders at all, at first we thought it was closed but it couldn’t be? No because the entrance was open. We waited for someone to come and ask us what we wanted to order, but nothing for the next 5 minutes. We ended up calling out a few times and still nobody was coming over. We ordered at the self check out and took our seats. Suddenly two workers talking loudly between each others popped out storing cartoons in a small front storage room near customer seating. We continued waiting until my Nan got up and addressed the two workers about customer service and when our food will be ready. We finally got our order. In the mean time one customer walked out after calling a few times for counter service as no one came out. Two more customers waited at the counter for service. My Nan got up from our table and called out for service for the two customers waiting. One BK Staff came out and again my Nan advised them they already lost one customer and that these two customers have been waiting to be served. Read moreMy kids and I have been a regular customers at this store, but after today’s experience we definitely aren’t coming back here again. Management surely needs to look at their staffs customer skills. We have had few bad experiences in the past but today’s was definitely the worst. Name was called to collect the order from the front, had to ask the for cups for our drinks, then had to ask for the lids, then I had to ask the attendant for the Sunday, to which she just said it’s coming. She started serving other customers, after few minutes I asked again for the Sunday, she replied yes it’s coming just wait. After few minutes I had to interrupt her serving other customers and ask for the Sunday again, to which she said there’s some issue with the machine it’s coming in a very rude voice. I asked her can I see your manager, she then just rolled her eyes yes and laughed in my face. Manager came out and I explained what has happened. She did apologise and said she would speak to her. I then again had to ask for lids to the drink. By this time the burgers and chips were cold, on top of eating cold burgers, the patties were burnt. I'm still fuming after my disastrous visit to Burger King Botany. The staff here are absolutely atrocious! They seem to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually doing their jobs.
I waited in line for ages, only to be ignored by the staff when it was my turn to order. When I finally got their attention, they got my order wrong. And to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge me EXTRA for a glass of water!
The service here is non-existent. It's like they're not even bothered to try. I've had better experiences at a school cafeteria. And the worst part? It looks like BK is paying them to just stand around and talk all day. I mean, who gets paid to slack off like that?
I WANT A JOB LIKE THIS!!! Can someone please hook me up with a gig where I get to do nothing and still get paid?
