I am very disappointed to say that our experience here was horrible. We went here in East Tamaki, and what we ordered, a korean chicken wrap, was almost completely empty but loaded with lettuce. I couldn’t taste any chicken but lettuce, the way it was displayed is false advertisement clearly and when emailing them, they offered a free coffee voucher, which they never sent lol and it solves nothing in this case. My number one and top cafe in Tamaki Makaurau. Every time I’m in Auckland, it’s a must for me and my family to visit and dine it at Gloria Jean’s at East Tamaki 3 or 4 times a week. The food is absolutely delicious and always fresh. Can’t say enough about the staff, they are super awesome and very friendly. I recommend this cafe to everyone near and afar. Ordered today for lunch the Chicken Bacon Mushroom Fettucine - received in a takeaway container as took this away. So delicious ... food was hot and smelt devine to my work mates. Only one small issue .. it was so good that ate it all so had none left over to take home. Maybe I'll upsize my next one :) Love GJ .. there coffee is the best - their service is next level good.
