Coolit Ice — Local services in Howick

Please confirm that I will be getting my delivery on a weekly basis because that's what I have been told and lately I have been ringing in every week to follow up on my ice delivery which shouldn't be the case.

On the 6th of March 2017 I called in and spoke to Joselyn about the same issue where one week I didnt receive Ice I called in a couple of times and I was told it will be in The book. No one has followed up on it so during the week I had to go buy ice. I have spoken to Joselyn a couple of times about it.

At the moment I have got no Ice at all and its now Friday going towards a busy weekend do I need to ring up to make sure my ice will be delivered to me.

Called in today spoke to Fiona, she very unprofessional.

I never get my bill sent to me on time, its either my bills are pilled up and get sent to me in the last minute.

I have been getting my Ice in the past 8 months without me having to call in, and Fiona has mentioned to me today I am suppose to call in every week to place an order, and she also mentioned to me my bills are in arrears at the moment I explain to her its not my fault that Im not getting my bills on time, she continued to talk over me

I hope someone will get back to me to resolve this issue...

Wow now I see why they have a one star... to firstly having rang up and to be greeted with a grunt and no business name , asked any chance if we could get ice then to be laughed out and called “sweetie” we are really busy go to countdown?????
