We love Vietnamese food so were excited to try this place. Sadly we’ll be sticking to our usual faves elsewhere! The 6 year old loved his beef noodle soup but the two adults thought we can make nicer pho at home ourselves (that says a lot!). The lemongrass chicken on rice was good, but disappointed in the super-tiny plastic knife that was provided — refer pic. (In a food court where there are no bins to use and the attendants keep a watchful eye on the tables, why can’t we have real utensils?) The two women working at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re unhappy working there, perhaps it’s better to reconsider your job instead of taking it out on customers. I paid good money to be treated respectfully.

On top of that, the portion of noodles we ordered was disappointingly small for the price we paid. It felt like a complete rip-off. The overall experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We will never go back there again.

Im so angry writing this. My review went from 5 star to 1. This place have cheated their customers so badly. There is now only a tiny amount of noodles guven. You can literally eat just the noodles in one go. The noodles were so tiny that is wasnt enough for my 2yr old. I normally share with my son because hes just a toddler, today there hardly any noodles for him alone. The prices have gone up but they cheated us with the food badly. Dont waste your money i feel scammed and angry they are doing this to get money. Its just food but i still paid for this crap. You lot should be ashamed of yourselves. I will NEVER buy...
