Tane Cafe — Restaurant in Kaikohe-Hokianga Community

It’s a coffee hut on wheels, but what a flavor packed punch. The quiche was the perfect snack size, and piping hot. Excellent flat white coffee. The shop has post cards, local artists paintings, photography and Jewlery for sale. The prize here is the owner who is a wealth of knowledge and lore. He not only took the time to chat with us, but really seemed to enjoy talking with customers.

Make sure you get a coffee. The owner is is super friendly and passionate about his coffee. The coffee was perfect and delicious. My kids got an ice cream which was massive. My wife also got talking to the owner about the natural traditional healing creams they have. We brought both and have found them to be extremely affective for sore muscles...it works like magic. We will be sure to visit next time we are...

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who served us what my 9 year old daughter described as 'the best cream ever'.
