Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

The doughnuts are nice the thick shakes good the prices alright but the service could be friendlier and I would've thought tray a powerful chain like this one would care more for the environment. Why do they have to use silly pieces of plastic to serve the doughnuts? What's wrong with stainless steel utensils? It's a shame that they do not offer any options for cold drinks other than plastic or double plastic with plastic straws and plastic kids and if you dare question them, they just stare at you blankly.... shame Dunkin' Donuts, you could do much better with...

Where to start !? What an absolute dump, store is run down and tired, no aircon so the store was like a oven, worst part was the service from I think here name was Iriene or something like that, if you hate customer service... no one is forcing you to work here! I came in a couple of keeps ago to get 5 coffees & donuts on my way home! Store was quiet and clean! The lady that served me made the most amazing caramel latte! I think her name was Liz or lia. Her customer service was great!
