Domino's Pizza Levin — Restaurant in Manawatū-Whanganui

My rating is based on quality of pizza when picked up. We ordered an Extra Large Beef and Onion Pizza, 2x Garlic bread, 1 x 1.5 Ltr Coke. .I waited 10 minutes before going back into Dominoes to pick up our pizza. Our Pizza was very luke warm. This happens when its been sitting for a long time...However, our Garlic bread was piping hot, to the point that it was too hot to RIP apart to eat with the fingers, but that was great, we love that. We were disappointed with the pizza not being hot ready to go, like how the garlic bread was hence my rating. Don't get me wrong, the man who served me was great...Very helpful and polite. It was the Food, pizza I should say was disgusting and yucky to be honest. Some people may like very Luke warm to cold pizza, but we're not one of them. We prefer pizza hot, to me it tastes 100% better hot and a hell of a lot easier to eat too. So Folks I would check any pizzas you get from Dominoes here on out...You might get some one elses pizza cause they changed there minds or didn't pick there pizza up. In doing this the Supervisor has given authority to sell it to another customer. End result being a very luke warm pizza or a cold pizza. Sorry...We all pay for a service...I expect a Hot pizza, especially when I'm out side parked on the road waiting 10 mins before going back into Dominoes to pick up our order. By the way this happened tonight after 8pm on Sat...

Disappointing Experience at Domino’s Pizza Levin

Recently, while returning home from a long drive, we stopped at Domino’s Pizza in Levin for a quick meal. We still had over 100 km to go, and even though we passed by Pizza Hut which offered parking and a proper dining area we chose Domino’s, hoping for a good experience. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing.

The staff didn’t seem very helpful. There was no visible menu, and when we asked about it, one of the staff members recited the options so quickly that we couldn’t understand a single word. We somehow managed to place our order, but things didn’t get any better.

There was no dining area, no dustbin in sight, and not even basic amenities like hand tissues. We had to eat while standing, request a hand towel, and then carry our leftovers until we found a dustbin on the road.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this Domino’s location to anyone looking to dine in or expecting a comfortable experience. Hopefully, they can work on improving their service...

Like any other Dominoes, though during the last lockdown there was an option on the website for "in car delivery", i.e. you park outside the store and the staff would bring your order. This option was selectable and a sensible thing given the need to reduce numbers inside the shop during a pandemic.

Unfortunately, after 30 mins past the "order ready" stage (you can track progress on the app), I gave in and went inside to find that the in-car option wasn't available there. It might sound like I'm being a nit-picking jerk, and perhaps I am. But given the whole purpose behind the idea, you can see the reason for waiting so long before going into the store.
