Disappointing. Simply disappointing. It received a 1 star simply because Google won't allow me to rate a negative rating.
Placed my order, after 45min the waitress informed me they don't have the one vegetarian option available and had to choose something else. Instead I ordered deep fried camenbert which turned out to be 3x items, for a amazingly over priced cost of $10. After nearly 2 hours, a table of 8 1 plate. From here we actually went up to the counter to ask where the other 7 meals were. When my meal arrived it was a poor excuse of sewers consisting of tomato, onion and sweetcorn, a total of 6 individual chips, and an extremely average bagged coleslaw. Extremely disappointing to say the least. The kids ordered an ice cream Sunday, which at the time of writing this review has been 42 mins .. A beer was also ordered and again we are still waiting for this going on 45min. Overall review, poor service, non exssistant menu, length of wait was just rude,, plates built up on the table the entire time we were there, that's 8 main plates, 4 starter plates, 2 chip plates, 14 glasses vertually sitting in the left overs with no acknowledgement of the state of the table, or any further service resulting in us simply just going to the counter to get any service. Overall, extremely disappointed in service, non exssistant menu, no available options for diet based alternatives, kids waiting for an ice cream nearly an hour on, yup that's right still waiting, dirty tables, extremely slow service including forgetting a beer, they even ran out of. Ribs advertising an all you can eat option. Super super super disappointed, will definitely not be returning and definitely do not recommend. Should you choose not to listen to our advise, you are a fool and expect to be as...
Read morePretty hilariously bad. Gets two stars instead of one because some of the waitresses are very good and it's not their fault.
Went for the "unlimited ribs" night last night. Got four ribs each served on soggy chips with an undressed coleslaw (ribs themselves were pretty decent, tender and sauce was not bad). Finished our ribs and waited. Then waited some more. A manager came out and in a scolding tone told us that we needed to eat everything (including chips) on our plate before they would bring more ribs. Never heard of a rule like that at an all you can eat ribs place before! Anyway, struggled through our soggy shoestring chips and eventually four more ribs each was brought out - by this time it had been almost an hour since our first batch - on top of some more soggy chips. We gave up after that. Honestly I'm not sure how you can mess up unlimited ribs this bad. At least cook some decent chips!
The funny thing is this isn't our first time going there, we've been there four times! We're local and really wanted to like them. But the food is always a few elements of "actually this isn't too bad" with "hilariously, puzzlingly bad" like the...
Read moreHad my 21st birthday there on Saturday hand a few friends and some family come to have dinner to celebrate with me and when we got there the tables were separated so it was hard for my friends and family to interact naturally. The food took forever to come out and it came out one by one. By the time the last plate had come out some people had finished eating. The food was under cooked I got a 44 dollar t bone and got thru half of before I started feeling sick and had to run to the bathroom and start throwing up because they had only cooked the out side of the meat giving me food poisoning I had to cancel the rest of my 21st birthday including the party I had plans afterwards as I went home to hug a bucket. I found out the next day I was not the only one who had gotten sick there were 4 or 5 others that got sick including a young boy and someone had sent a buger back twice to still get it back under cooked so he took I home for the dog. In conclusion was a terrible night ruined my 21st birthday and got me...
