I have been to many McDonald's restaurants in my time, in 3 different countries. The one thing the majority of them manage to achieve is to stay exactly the same. the same high standard customer service, the same good quality food, the same good coffee. however the masterton restaurant achieves none of these. It is literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to, narrowly beating out the napier restaurant (They at least get my order right). Day or night I go in, place my order, and we meet the first problem, the service. They give me incorrect change, and when I ask for a receipt, my request falls on deaf ears. Eventually I get my order (typically 2 cheeseburgers and a caramel latte), and somehow my cheeseburgers have no sauce, mustard, pickles, or onions. So naturally I take them back and politely point out the issue, to which the burgers are angrily snatched from my hands, and redone. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing said. I then make my way to the car and have a sip of my much needed, post-work latte. No caramel. By this point I have no energy to deal with these people again so I just go with it. If I'm honest, I will not be returning here until someone changes the way they run. Until such a time I will be eating at subway, the only 'fast food' place that is any good...

Further dont bother providing feedback to McDonalds website, inspite of what they claim they never respond to you. Customers at McDonalds today are nothing more than a number. Prices continue to increase & portion size & quality continues to decrease! Further stopped in early hours of this morning as their website claims they're open 24 hours to discover you may only use the drive through during certain hours. Fair enough... however as I've never driven in my life I walked through the drive through, took sometime to get anyones attention & when I finally did was informed that by direction of headquarters you can not be served unless you are physically in a car 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 #VOTE WITH YOUR FEET PEOPLE!!! TIME TO HIT MCDONALDS WHERE IT HURTS, IN THE CASH...
Read morewell on 28th/03/2015 at 10.30pm , i went through drive thru to buy frozen coke , the staff in the booth told me its ok since i kindly asked her if its slushy ( watery) , she said its fine kind of alright . but to my amazement it was really watery , so the asked the manager who gave me the frozen coke that its not up to standard , he took it from me and refilled it a gave it back to me , so what will one expect , is it ( FROZEN COKE YES OR NO ??? ) . So i drove off , after bloody two sip it was watery , can the STORE MANAGER OR MANAGEMENT TEAM , give me a good explanation please ...which will be highly appreciated , when the second time the frozen coke was handed over , got no straw or thanks hope to se you again !!!!!!!
