Pizza Hut Masterton — Restaurant in Masterton

Ordered for delivery on 17/03/2022, received order as a no-contact delivery. Upon going outside to get order, found the 3 drinks I ordered to be wrong, and the pizzas to not include paid-for extras. Was unable to call the store (no-one would pick up) and I tried calling continuously for over an hour to no luck. Tried calling the next day for near an hour again with no response. Emailed a complaint through, no response. Finally managed to speak to someone today (THREE weeks later) but when asked to be put through to the manager, they didn't put me through. A real shame - their product is usually better than dominos but after this fiasco I just can't bring myself to recommend them or ever order from this branch again. Ordered pizza for the first time in a long time, not usually one to moan or leave a review but my order was messed up last time I went to Pizza Hut and Masterton pizza Hutt really needs to up their game or find jobs they actually enjoy! Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal and a seperate 2 sides of chips and onion rings plus wings and ranch dipping sauce. There were no onion rings, the garlic bread was cold, pizza covered in ranch sauce that my kids absolutely hate! Went there today and I said to the lady I want 2 $6.99 pizza combos its on there board told her what flavors and went to pay and I said the sign says it is $6.99 she said we aren't doing that special so made me pay full price Why didn't she say from the start they aren't doing special on that I said sign says it but still refused special.
