We live locally and came this morning for a coffee and something to eat. My daughter ordered the crepes and they were terrible. Really hard and crispy. Not how a crepe should be. The vanilla cream was just store brought custard and the blueberry compote was from a package. I’d been here earlier in the week and had the bacon and cheese scone which was awful. There’s no excuse for bad scones anymore. There are so many amazing places serving amazing cheese scones. We took the crepes back to get our money back. She had eaten half of one of the three crepes. The person serving argued with her saying she had eaten most of it and that they were dry and crispy because they had been sitting at our table so long. It was literally 10 mins after getting them that she returned them. When times are tough and we could have gone anywhere, I believe the service should have been better. My daughter was polite when she took it back. We won’t be back and that’s not what a business should want, unhappy customers.who don’t return. I agree with another reviewer who said the manukau and ellerslie Kreem are...

Was my first time trying this place with a friend and to put it lightly it was very disappointing. Now, I have tried the Manukau and Mt Roskill branches and they have had some of the best cafe food I've eaten in Auckland, it's a shame I can't say the same for this branch. I ordered the crepe w banana and blueberry compote and fries and crumbed chicken as a side. The crepes tasted and looked like the kind you get in the bread section of the supermarket, they were very skint on the compote, maple syrup and vanilla creme. The chips came out a little cold and the crumbed chicken was just a chicken patty cut up. There were also many tables which had not been cleared yet there were few patrons and what looked to be enough staff so that was dissapointing. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor. For the money spent it was not worth it and sadly I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. The only highlight was the service by a young lady in Brown who was very...

Have been to other Kreme franchises around Auckland - and this has to be the worst establishment yet. Sad to see that this brings down the standard and reputation of Kreme which is usually on point in all aspects.

1.Wasn’t very welcoming as soon as we walked through. After ordering food waited over 30mins when the cafe was not that busy

When asked how much longer for the breakfast we ordered - they said “sorry we had a catering order to do” … so you prioritise a catering order as opposed to customers who are in the cafe???

Once food came out it was cold…???? Portions were close to bare minimum and not satisfying at all to eat. Ordered big breakfast and mushrooms and eggs were cold!!! Usually don’t mind spending over $60 at this cafe but myself and partner just felt robbed…McDonald’s makes their food better for cheap if this is how you serve your customers.

Usually look forward to eating at any Kreme Cafe but this place...

Great service demands a 5 star review, keep it up... However all the breakfast orders we had, we all commented on how bad the bread was and was surprised that some red powder was on the scrambled eggs, personally if I want to put salt, pepper or whatever on my eggs I would. Maybe consider the butter automatically placed on the plate on the side, it's a great touch but possibly having the devondale or other sealed ones on the plate or side table to save money.

One word: Lamington! 😍 Breakfast food was ok. We ordered the French toast with pear but we ended up with the peach and meringue one. Wait staff were apologetic and offered to change it which was nice. We declijed. Peach one was ok, but meringue was a little much for our liking. Vege omelette was nice but not as nice as the Manukau branch in my opinion. Coffee was nice! Clean, nice environment, friendly staff and Lamington to die for. We will be back.
