Had a dinner celebration for 6 people at Ethereal Restaurant Karaka at the Double Tree Hilton. Neat Meat features on the menu and its story is written up at the back of the menu and as the supplier of aged quality meats to Ethereal. The food & service was really great apart from my Eye Fillet steak (medium rare) that was really tough & one other had lamb rump that was pretty tasteless. But the tough steak was the real disappointment. I get way better eye fillet cling wrapped on trays straight from the supermarket. Not sure what went wrong here, as seemed to be cooked ok but getting a sore jaw chewing it is not a good avert for Neat Meat. Ethereal apologised & gave us some extra treats...

More than disappointed with the service I’ve received this week from Neat Meat. Placed an order Tuesday morning for delivery Friday, today. Received an email to say my order was being packed. Phone call at 9:30am this morning (Friday) run out of product? The customer service I received was zero. No meat and refund will take up to 10 days. Absolutely gutted trying to support local, ended up without preferred Christmas dinner for Sunday family celebration. Not good...

The Harmony sausage range these guys do are the best sausages available in NZ. I have tried many and other companies sausages and they all want to add herbs which have no place in a sausage. Keep doing what you are doing guys. Tried really hard to get these sausages in the south Island with no luck😪 highly...
