$120 for 2 Salads is outrageous!

I ordered salads for a work meeting for 10 people. I got 2 small to medium sized bake trays with 2 salads. One was all vegetables, another was a chicken Thai salad. Because I ordered catering for 10 people and they charge $12 a person, it cost $120 which was absolutely outrageous for what I got. I could have sourced the ingredients and made them myself for about $30 but because it was last minute and I had no time to do it myself, I placed the order with Sorella. During a recent meeting, I encountered a situation that I found inappropriate. Although I was adhering to a special diet, the waitress kindly offered me a milk replacement for my coffee. I politely declined, as I had already consumed my coffee prior to the meeting. In response, the waitress made a remark, stating, "Oh, you have no fun to be with." Maree and the team extended their offering over the lockdown for home catering. Yay!!! When working from home, the last thing I want to do is figure out what to do for dinner! We ordered a lasagna during lockdown 4.0 and I may never cook again! :D Contactless delivery to my door and such a reasonable price too - way cheaper than Maccas! It was fresh and tasted divine - the kids demolished it! Hubby and I are wondering what to try next - maybe a family sized B&E pie!!! Thanks, can't wait to do it again!
