Chloe and the Origin Team, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my Mum, Ellen.

Especially on Tuesday when it was her birthday. 88 years of age and very sharp.

Your kindness has not gone unnoticed, and to reserve her table where she sits, to give her flowers and a voucher, plus her coffee and cake, rings going over and beyond for your customers.

She was very emotional. To think someone actually cares. I could write a novel, but please know you have touched our hearts. My Mummy gets lonely and I can't be with her alot of the time.

But, knowing she has friends like you Chloe and Origin team makes me happy.

Everytime we visit this cafe there has been some part of our dish unavailable. No avocado, no bacon, no Nachos etc so my rating reflects this. My most recent visit this week was disappointing because my meal was full of lemon pips which isn't pleasant to bite into. I mentioned this to the person who cleared my plate and their reply was "ok, thanks". I hoped the chef would be told so they were 1) aware of it, and how it ruined my dish or 2) if the chef was aware they were squeezing lemon pips over dishes, they would hopefully stop. The coffee here was amazing. I got a large coconut milk mocha and it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. However, I’ve given 3 out of 5 stars because the food was average. I got Eggs Benedict with salmon, and the taste of the hollandaise wasn’t like others that I have had, it tasted more sweet than savoury. Also the presentation was lacking effort and elegance.
