Not great!! ⛈️ Family & I went on a wet June Sunday for a birthday drink to watch the netball final. I specifically went in earlier to book a table with the comfortable seating, good view of screen and asked if they could put netball on that tv at that time. No worries....

Came back at 4pm and netball was 👌🏽 (on all tvs...😬) The reservation was on a table right under the tv (see photo). We couldn't sit there as couldn't see tv without straining our necks! another group had the table I requested 🤔

We moved and asked if league could be on the other tv for the men - "sorry we can only play one channel" 🤨 There are about five screens, we've been in the past and pretty sure there was various sport on before??🏉⚽🏀🏐

Bought a bottle of bubbles, but they had no flutes 🥂 just standard wine glasses. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Apparently they're all broken & waiting for more.🙄

No one came to offer water or ask if we wanted anything like snacks or a top up.

The kids ordered a couple bowls of fries that cost $16.90 & $15.90!! 🤨

Service was poor, like no one wanted to be there. Despite all the negatives we made the most of our time... but we wouldn't go out of our way to go there again.

We have been to Seights several times in the past and loved it, I would definitely recommend for drinks and snack food.

Do NOT waste your time going for dinner. My partner booked a family dinner for my birthday late July. We were seated upstairs as 1 of the 3 long tables. It should be noted that one of those groups left shortly after we arrived and the other received their food within 30 mins of us arriving (all 3 tables has the same number of guests, approx 14 people). We were told on arrival at 6:30pm that there's a 1 hour wait in food. It took them half an hour to come take our orders at 7pm. Our meals then took 1.5 hours to arrive.... so all up 2 hours between arriving and seeing our food. Everyone felt their meals were below average (over cooked, rubbery etc)... everyone except my daughter whose meal they forgot completely!! She was offered a free meal.... with another 1 hour wait to receive it. The ladies at the payment desk did kindly remove the cost for one of our meals, but once we factor in the extra rounds of drinks ordered while we waited hungrily for 2 hours, we really weren't any better off!!

We will never bother with dinner here again! They should just stick to what they do best, nice atmosphere downstairs, drinks...

I had given this 4 stars but dropped it to 3 after our recent experiance. Got shown to our table which had a chipped glass at the table setting. Was about 5 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Ordered two meals and two drinks. About 5 minutes later one drink arrived. Then after a while our meals arrived so we asked about the second drink. It was waiting at the bar. Waiter brought it to our table when we asked. Half way through meal asked for a second drink. Had to ask again as no drink had arrived after about 10 minutes and we could see bar staff just standing around and talking. Finally second drink arrived just as I was finishing meal. Just felt service was not up to par this time. Other times it's been better. Seemed to be alot of staff standing around and talking. When we went to pay, second drink wasn't even on the bill. We asked to get that included. Overall experiance...
