So disappointed as Huo Guo is a favourite. There seemed to be a bit of a language barrier and this made it difficult to get service. We ordered two bases and neither were what we ordered one was like vegetable dishwater which was meant to be a satay the other was a spicy base which we asked to be mild but it was extremely hot to the extent it actually lost all the beautiful flavours after the first few mouth fulls. The meat and vegetables were lovely and fresh but I am afraid that is really the only positive. It got so awkward that we lowered our voices and even questioned whether the place was about to close, but it had only just opened. The constant looks over our shoulders ruined the atmosphere completely.
On the positive side, the fried rice was amazing and the place itself looked really nice. But the way the staff acted felt a bit creepy, and it completely ruined what could have been a...
