High prices, yet even higher on a public holiday. 15% more to be exact. The owners are rich enough, do why do we have to pay for their staff the difference. Plus the food, "supposedly" good yet I was continually burping up my slice of lasagna until dinner time! What did you put in it?!. Something bad I'm sure as my body was rejecting it all afternoon. Shame. Also for the price ya pay for the cabinet food, you would expect a side of sauce of some kind like the many many many others out there. Nope, plain. Also no salt, just a bottle of pepper or a salt & pepper mix. What if uoure allergic to pepper? Also when ordering the vegetation round thing, it wasnt, it had ham in it!! Wanted to take back, yet old blind lass was blunt and rude as it was, she would not have swapped it although it was her fault for saying it was vegetarian. My partner ate it instead. Just so simple yet so expensive. Also the mark up for local products were extremely high, 17.90 for walnut brittle or can by off owners at h.b farmers market, 10 bucks! I chanced upon this place, and wasn't going to stay for a bite but when I saw some lovely scones I did stop. Beautiful fluffy light scones and loads of other delectables, making choice very hard. The shop is filled with all sorts of jars and bottles of accompnaments, some of known to me but other local producers. For all your cooking needs you want to visit here. Tables outside to enjoy and take the weight off. A busy place with people popping in to take away food. Highly recommend a visit here, you will love it. The staff are most helpful...

Very interesting shop with a really good selection of food. Including fruit and vegetables. Has good salads for lunch. Have just tried the gourmet meatball and parmesan filled roll. $8.95.
