Burger King Cameron Road — Restaurant in North Island

Very busy night last night for cameron rd although u do appreciate the store being open late after the bay dreams concert the staff and the store were a real let down and seemed to have a couldn't be bothered attitude , the chips were cold , the coke machine had no ice and the drinks were warm and tasted like warm soda water , the frozen coke machine had syrup coming out of it and after ordering and paying for my meal i was asked to tell the person who would serve me my meal that i was owed some change because there was no change in the till , to which i replied " just keep the change " because if any1 cud just say to people at anytime im owed change without any proof of being owed change im sure some issues would arise ,what BK ???? this time of year is very busy yes , BK staff should be trained for these busy times i believe times like these under pressure shows what a buisness is made of and last night it was made up of a couldn't be bothered attitude ..... overall this particular store could use someone to take charge , motivate and coordinate , not a great end to a...

This store makes good food but there is some aspects that let the customer service experience lack in efficiency. If there are new deals that come out the dont get updated on the boards. (The boards arent digital either which I think is the reason for not constantly changing them, but in this day and age most take out restaurants are up to date with digital equipment) If people are on their lunch breaks, they dont take their time to quickly serve you if you're waiting. (I waited, on multiple occasions, 5 minutes to be served) I dont mind waiting for the food but I just want to be served so I dont have to wait in line. (I also do understand when they're busy but when they're not it's a bit of a joke. They forget items you've paid for when they're busy. They literally have a screen that has everything you ordered on it so I dont get why they can forget to give it to you. Other than that they're washrooms are kept very tidy and fresh fragranced. So we got there at like 9:35, waited at the microphone for about five minutes. We got halfway through ordering before they changed the lady taking our order and had to start the thing again. We then waited something like 10 more minutes for our food, got it, then the kind girl who gave me our food ignored me for a full 60 seconds while i waited for the last drink in our order. Got the order pulled into the car park only to notice that an item was missing 😂 went inside and proceeded to wait like another 2 minutes jus standing at the counter waiting to be helped out. the staff all in all were kind and helpful, if a bit deflective. The quality and wait times however are crazy lol, atop all these shenanigans they didn’t remove the onions and tomatoes from our burger haha. the owners of this establishment need to hire more staff, the three women working are stretched thin as is.
