Cameron Bakehouse Cafe — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Please look at the descriptions and orders properly when you are receiving orders from "Door dash" i ordered a snack pack which stated "Thigh and chips" and you could choose either marinated or crispy and i chose "marinated" only to receive "crispy and a "drum" instead which is a let down 👎 Next i ordered a "pork belly strip" that states in the description that this comes with coleslaw and has a bourbon demi glaze which was not even the case. Just a natural deep fried strip of pork belly and that was it. Considering the prices i paid for these items you would expect what you paid for. Also not to mention i ordered a single "marinated" drum stick and still received a crispy one. On. The upside, the chips were delicious. Wont be ordering with you guys from...

I gave this cafe 5 stars because the new operator seems very nice and the food looks appetising and well priced. The previous owner ( I had given 1 star)was a proper b'arch of a woman, so I would ignore reviews more than 3 months old as at March 2024. I had swore never to go again due to the rudeness of the previous woman, but from what I can see today, I would definitely go there again now that the café ( formerley Rexxa) has changed hands.

Poisoned food, i ate and got sick immediately . Most of the food there is from many days ago. You can see that the salads on the sandwiches are brown instead of green. The mayonnaise stinks. And the pastries and cakes are all dry. Ill take pictures next time, to share here ! I will never go near this place again. Government agencies should monitor and have more control over the food they serve at this cafe. Many children eat food from there because it is close to school. I do not recommend...
