Got 2 serves of chips at $5.50ea incl. Sauce. I watched the guy serving me put some cold looking chips into packs which weren't even half full, then he put half a scoop of frozen chips into the fryer and topped my chips up with half cooked chips. Absolutely shocking. Never going here again and would not recommend. Photo shows just how low the tide was on the worst chips I've ever had.

Had to wait for 5min despite we coming 10min later than the designated pickup time. The $7+ Chips didn't even fill to halfway, they were completely soggy, as if they've been sitting there for a long time. The mini burger was Far too small for a price of $18.60! Never coming back again.

My partner and a ordered the bbq beef and bacon burger and the cabbie burger. Both were cooked to perfection, were super juicy and filling. We had a side of fries with the garlic mayo which were hot crispy and also delicious. Well worth their price.

Bought 3 fullsize Burgers. Meat patties in all were thin, dry & chewy just like you'd buy pre frozen from supermarket, quality has slipped ALOT since I used to be a regular 20+ years ago to BW. It was reaaally bad & as a former chef I know food. Dirty burger, Burger fuel, Gorilla burger & Akim all supply juicy quality tastier patties & burgers than BW, gourmet & same prices too.

Pack full of sauce & OMG load of lettuce to extreme to bulk it up to look substantial to hide the hard bland generic meat patty inner which is supposed to be the heart of a great burger. These aren't. Seeya later BW, I never much went here anyways & never will again!!

Please others go just a bit further down the road to other Burger joints.

Edit: I contacted the NZ website to ask if this is now normal practice or franchisee using generic commercial frozen product now & give feedback just like here , but no reply at all...speaks volumes...

Very long wait time, very expensive burgers and sides, very lacking in taste and value.

Chicken nuggets were undercooked and very small.

Onion Rings and Garlic Mayo was delicious, well cooked and crunchy.

Curly Fries were delicious and crunchy too.

However, the Triple C burger was really basic and skimped on everything, for 18.90 the burger was less value than an average Quarter Pounder. Had one measly slice of tomato, packed with Lettuce and too much sauce.

Fantastic burgers! This is a great place to satisfy your burger cravings. We went there last night and ordered 2 BBQ Beef and Bacon burgers, 1 BIG Squeaky (Haloumi Cheese), 1 Jnr Chicken, Chips, Kumera fries, Onion rings. Everything was excellent, well presented, hot and very tasty. My wife raved about the Big Squeaky. The kids were fighting us for the onion rings!
