Had to wait for 45 minutes after ordering our food and when checked with the Manager at the reception about our order, he stated that on our system it's showing that is has only been 33 minutes, well my friend 33 minutes is still too late to get food delivered on customer's table. On top, we have ordered medium to hot curries but food was so spicy that all we could taste was red chilies. When we have given our feedback on the counter at the time of paying, staff had taken our takeaway box to get it fix, so we waited for another 10 – 15 minutes to get our leftovers back, when we have opened it at home and found out that nothing was done to the food as quantity was still the same where the staff said that chef had added more curry to make it less spicy. Highly disappointed with the food and service was pathetic, if you are paying $65 for the food, the least you expect is good food and service.
Further to the response from the owner, instead of being apologetic , he is sounding like that its our fault that we went to his restaurant for dining and he is making false assumptions, when we have entered in the restaurants there were only few people dinning on the tables and no one told us that the waiting time is 45 minutes or else we would not have complained about it...IT IS LIE.....
secondly, I did not use any inappropriate language with your staff , I was very polite and told her that it would be nice to get a heads up that you got busy all of sudden and our order may take more time than usual, SO ANOTHER LIE HERE. We have eaten at your place few times before and have always ordered- medium to hot and never had any problem about it.
TO THE OWNER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT RESTAURANTS CAN GET BUSY ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, IF SOMETHING OF THIS SORT HAPPENS THEN YOU MUST NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AND RATHER TRY TO FIND A GOOD SOLUTION FOR THEM TO GAIN THEIR LOYALTY...Basic lesson in HOSPO. We ordered fish masala medium spicy which turned out pretty bland, nothing of sorts that you would have ‘masala’ in the name, we gave our feedback and the staff took it back to rectify it. When the dish came back after it was ‘fixed’, it was so spicy that we could take more than a spoon and had to leave the entire dish as it is. The disappointing part wasn’t only the dish but the response from the manager. We were told the dish is alright and it is made in Bangalore style. We said why wasn’t it mentioned in the menu and the response that took us aback was it all depends on the chef, if he is from bangalore or north India, they make it accordingly to how they know to make, hence they can’t call it Bangalore fish masala. When we told about the spice levels, the manager was pretty adamant that it was medium ( which we thought was mild). In all we were made to feel that there is nothing wrong in the dish and possibly we don’t understand what to except from a fish masala. We wouldn’t have left this feedback here if the manager would have simply acknowledged the issue instead of putting the onus on us of not understanding the dish. Disappointed, since we used to come here every now and then for the last 10 years, we will be skipping this place for a while to overcome this experience.

The food was reasonably good, prices are high, the manager was very rude multiple times, he reached over my plate with food to get the reserved sign off the table, he wanted to pressure me into ordering even though my friend hadn't arrived yet and he looked grumpy all the time! This restaurant will not see me a second time! You want me to explain more and here it is: I wasn't just asked for a drink to order, I was pressured to order food after sitting at the table about 5 to 10 minutes and waiting for my friend. After explaining that I didn't know what my friend wants to eat I was told that it takes an hour until the food will be on the table and therefore I needed to order now. Soon after my friend arrived and she asked the waiter/manager to give her 5 minutes to decide and for a recommandation but the waiter turned away. Soon he came back and I asked if he could recommend a dish that was gluten and dairy free but did not receive an answer. So we ordered and the starters were served and we started to eat. At that point we were already sitting at the table at least 30 to 40 minutes when the waiter came and leaned over my plate to get the sign. There was enough space to get it without leaning over my food and he could even have asked me to pass it to him! Throughout this visit not even one smile appeared on that waiters face and as a customer the whole experience with this man was unpleasant.
