Burger King Lower Hutt — Restaurant in North Island

Decided to dine in at our Lower Hutt outlet. Placed our order, along with saying we are dinning in, recieved no reciept that is usually given after you order and pay so when they call your number you can walk up and grab it.

After a 10 minute wait number 35 was called, ourselves and other customers looked around to see who's it was. Unknown it was ours, after I asked whats the order. Walking up to recieve it after confirming it was our order, I told the young lady we ordered in and questioned why its not presented on a tray instead of in a carry out bag.

She apologised, retrieved a tray and I told her it wasn't her fault, the guy on till should do his job properly and listen to his customers when they are ordering, because we weren't the only ones not knowing our order numbers. 4 others had the same issue before they sent him to rear. #Not happy with the large guy who...

I recently mistakenly ordered valentine deal at late night online assuming wrongly about the pre order. The app didn't have any cancel button so I tried to call the restaurant to help cancel it and not to pack it and I will get it the following day since it was late night. 7 times missed call, noone picked up the call. I immediately logged the report to the office, patiently waiting for 3 days, no response at all. I took time to come to the restaurant and talked to the manager. She was very unfriendly, and asked me to wait one week for the office response. I asked her why noone picked the call, she replied they were so busy at that time, i remember it was already nearly 11 pm. So far more than one week noon replied me yet, no refund for the meal I paid and even didn't get it. They actually didn't care about the customers. Not...

We have only ever used the drive through, but this will be the last time for our family. We waited 45 minutes in total from getting in the queue, to placing the order and collection.

Extremely slow and should be renamed wait-through to be honest. Service is extremely slow and I would suggest going to McDonalds which will be quick from a drive through perspective. We haven't been inside, so can't rate the service there.

The restaurant is in-between a dealership so it's easy to be missed regarding the entrance. There is enough parking from what I have seen, but once you are in the drive through queue, you are stuck literally till the car ahead of you moves.

Placing the order with the staff, is a wait as well but they are friendly. Not much else to say, it's Burger King 👑.
