Domino's Pizza Mount Maunganui — Restaurant in North Island

Ordered 4 pizzas, pick up, including one from the gourmet range and 3 cheap ones. Got 4 pizzas 2 from the gourmet range. They hadn't included the one for our vegetarian person. When I queried this they charged me for the cheesy garlic pizza as an extra, did not offer to reimburse for the pizza I didn't order. Order ended up costing over $70, so much for a quick cheap feed.

While waiting for the pizza to come out asked if we could wash our hands in their bathroom and was told it was out of order. It was obviously not out of order it just had a printed staff only sign on it. Pretty sure as a food place where dine in is an option they are required to provide a public restroom.

I queried whether I could get some BBQ sauce on my beef and onion pizza as it was dry as bones and had someone point to the slight discolouration of the cheese and was told that was because of traces of BBQ sauce, and I could not get any BBQ sauce for my pizza.

This is the worst experience I've had with a food establishment since a pizza place in Gisborne refused to let my daughter run her hand under some water after she had gotten severe burns from a faulty fitting in their restaurant.

I wish i could give it 0 stars I was out with my friends around the Mount Maunganui area and we decided to eat at the nearby dominos. We ordered online The wings were good but the pizza was one of the worst pizza I ever had. We went in there with the pizza to tell them that it's not cooked properly and even the capsicum and chicken isn't Cooked. He said this is it, i said what can you do they said I can remake but it'll still be the same. I said well can you give me the refund since I'm not satisfied with this pizza you can have this one and since the remake is gonna be the same I'd like my refund. But then the other staff member started getting rude. i know what a cooked pizza is. He replied rudely again and said no refund if you have issue complaint online. We ordered the meal online for a collection time at midday Saturday. When I arrived on time, I was ignored by the two staff for approximately ten minutes. In that time, I waited at the counter. When our food finally arrived, we found there was no chocolate dipping sauce on the churros. When the kids asked for sauce, they were told there wasn't any left. We were given some more churros free of charge but the kids didn't want any without the chocolate sauce. The sit down area is very small with two tiny tables. There was a sign on the toilet door saying it out was out or order which is illegal if not fixed within a reasonable period of time when you have a food establishment with a sit down area.
