Worst customer service experience via drive through. The attitude of this young lady who took my order was passive aggressive, rude, dismissive, poor attitude, argumentative and confrontational. It very obvious that this young lady should not be in a customer service role. Getting this atritude through the speaker, when I drove up to the window, I asked to speak to the manager..her response with an aggressive, confrontational tone "what is my problem" and that she was in charge. I was then told again, what is your problem. Shocked I asked to talk with someone else, she then yelled back I don't have to serve you. A little added context, I was calm, shocked and appalled. Not once did i raise my voice or make any inappropriate comments. Seriously, I just needed to place an order! Another young lady approached and asked what was the issue? Which is when I shared my concerns.. she responded with the .manager would be in the store the following day, no apology or empathy. What's happened to customer service, kindness, understanding and professional behavior. This store obviously has no training or investing in their team on how to treat customers. Especially when addressing inappropriate behavior. Worst experience ever and with confidence I am sure I'm not the only person who has faced this. PS. Read moreI have been to this kfc like 10 times in the past two weeks.. if you go after 9pm they wont have any food. one day i went at 9:25pm and was told they completely ran out of chicken.. all they had was popcorn chicken and nuggets. last night i went at 9:40 and they had no food. today ive gone at 9:30 and have been told they arent cooking anymore food tonight. I do not understand how you constantly have no food? up to an hour before you close? absolutely horrific service. not to mention.. one night i went and the teenager was laughing about how they had no chicken telling customers in the most unprofessional manner. Read moreThe 'order' window had a sign on it which looked like one of those 'next window' signs. Absolutely my fault for not reading it. I then discovered (after waiting in line for 15-20min) that you has to wait for your order to be taken. When I got to the pay/pick up window she tried to explain it but it was impossible to hear her. She wouldn't open the window. I picked up via lip reading she wasnt allowed to open the window. I then walked back to the other window and said can I place my order she said I needed to do so at the other window where she was although I couldn't hear her. I went back to the car and has to sit there yelling at her as so she could hear me. I asked her to open the window she refused. Anyone after a long awful process she took my order, got it wrong, charged me more than what I was wanting and after all of that opened the window to give me the food!!!! What the heck?
