Ma bakers is one of only two bakeries that I frequent in Putaruru. Their pies taste as kiwi pies should, they not have that sickly sweet taste that most Asian owned bakeries do. Ma Bakers doesn't look much but it's clean and the pies ... "the steak and pepper " has lage chunks of lean tender meat.
