My partner and I ordered the “Royal” combo meal, which came with three curries, rice, naan bread, mango lassi, and a cooked-and-smashed samosa served in its own bowl with sauces. It also included a dessert ball (the name escapes me). The curries were tasty—distinctly different from the mainstream offerings—and the naan was fresh and crispy. The samosa was excellent too. Overall, it was a great dining experience with curries unlike those typically found in mall restaurants.
We actually went back the next day to try more—grabbed a bunch of samosas and some pocket-style snacks. They were okay, but the Royal combo is definitely the standout deal!
They have a few of these shops in Hamilton, which is great to see—but it would be even better if they included English labels in front of their dishes. It’d make exploring their menu a lot easier...
