Beautiful and kind caring staff who have made the time to personalize each of their customers serve with love and their food is delicious and always fresh. And they are so busy most of the day with so many customers coming to both dine in and take away. Surely that speaks louder than my review. Congratulations to Keo and all her staff for the long hours the put in at Paeroa Roast Love coming into the bake house. 😋 . We go into the Paeroa Roast every Saturday for brunch without fail because of their food and to see our girls. Plus a visit or two sometimes through the week. Upon walking in I needed to use the bathrooms, caught a glimpse of one of the staff cleaning some tables, she gave me an ugly look but brushed it off, had a look at the selection in the bakery and as it was just after rush there wasn’t much there and with my dietary requirements it was more of a miss than a hit, looked at the sandwiches and chicken sandwiches were warm and soggy that the bread started to disintegrate, wasn’t my cup of tea and decided to find somewhere else to eat, lady who was cleaning stopped me before i left and decided to raise her voice at me and was being super condescending, wouldn’t go there again, would definitely avoid it if you’re not into nasty attitudes and you don’t have a taste for food...

Not the greatest we have been to. Friendly staff and heaps of selection to choose from, but a bit over priced for a generic bakery. Pork crackle was average and a bit stale, sausage rolls were dry. The mince in the mince and cheese pie tasted WEIRD. Tasted like 4 types of different mince mixed together, -yesterday's -last weeks -lastmonths & last year's. $4.50.. Would not recommend those. You can always gauge how good a bakery is by their mince and cheese pies and they werent good at all. Cheese kranksys were yum though.
