Pizza Fusion — Restaurant in North Island

Had a meatlovers pizza add bbq sauce. They forgot the sauce. They called the next day after I left a message about it. They offered to make it right and while I thought it was a bit too generous what they offered, I just made sure the next pizza I had wasn't charged for adding sauce instead.

The pizza was fine. It feels on par with the other pizza takeaway options in the area. Maybe if I had a butter chicken pizza it would have wow'd me more.

I had a cheesy garlic bread and at first glance it looked like there was no cheese, but surprisingly the cheese was just the right amount and seemed borderline worth the extra dollar. You certainly aren't being overloaded with cheese which might actually be a bonus to some. It was adequate.

Staff were friendly. Loads of parking. It's a new shop to the area and isn't too far of a drive from Whangarei Hospital.

Overall they seem to have pretty cheap deals if you're buying multiple of the "standard" pizzas. A bit on the expensive side if you're not. Not outrageously so though.

They should probably offer coke zero as it seemed the only zero-sugar drink options they had were water,...

Hadn’t planned on having Pizza for dinner tonight (Pizza is not one of my favourite things to eat), but I found myself super famished after a long walk so stopped in at Pizza Fusion which was the nearest place to where I was that was still open. The customer service was great. The lady at the counter was so lovely and kind. I was able to get a single person pizza and drink for $10 which I think is reasonable in this day and age. I ordered the smallest size bacon and aioli pizza and I felt the topping to crust ratio was perfect and the crust wasn’t overcooked or undercooked but just right. Then I ate my pizza outside, which was actually kind of nice since the weather in Whangarei is so perfect. The lady who served me came out to ask me how the pizza was, and then, when I was finished, she took my rubbish for me. I really liked her, she’s a 10/10 for being lovely. Yummy pizza, great kind caring service! I definitely hope to return again before my visit to Whangarei is over. Thank you...

This is a cool local business with very friendly service. After reading a couple of recent reviews I would like to make it clear that I've been a customer from its opening and as the owners have clarified their medium sized pizzas are still the same size as they have always been. Also, for those looking for something the same size as the two major pizza franchises 'large' offerings then go for large. I really like the medium size as you can get two options from the value range for the same price as a large, or sometimes I'll get a value box with the medium size so am really happy that...
