Pizza Hut Kamo — Restaurant in North Island

Thank you Pizza Hut Te Kamo, Credit where credit due :) We are Local & don't often indulge in Fast Foods, (well once every (6 wks) We have indulged in other sim business in the area, As stated credit where credit due, re all above 5 Stars, I was very impressed not just the food, service, atmosphere, But how the staff worked well together, with expertise, very efficient & with ease, It was early late afternoon Friday & seemed to be very busy, If they were under pressure the boys did not show it! It was a nice calm atmosphere, It was nice to see, the area was so clean... Anyway I thoroughly enjoyed my loaded Hawaiian pizza, I enjoyed that there was not a high salt content, great flavour, & best of all the side order of onion rings were soooo...

Ordered pizza, got a confirmation at 8:46pm was on its way (my address is 8mins away so google maps says) i watched the tracker and seen the car going up and down roads nowhere near my place, then the tracker changed to saying it was delivered. 15mins later at 9:25pm driver arrived with not a word said and cold unappealing food. Tried calling the store multiple times, no answer. Have tried calling again today, no amswer. Terrible service and products, only good thing...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never order from here. Someone teach the MANAGER here how to do customer service. Super arrogant and rude.He served me chicken pizza as I am vegetarian and when I was tried to contact the store they didn’t answer and ℹ visited store again and manager was there but he doesn’t wants to come and resolve...
