Subway — Restaurant in North Island

Only one staff working (an Indian man) old mate was so incredibly rude to me, kept mumbling stuff under his breath at me when I asked for more tomato on my large salad because he’d only put 1 single piece on it. I also told him I was allergic to pepper so please to only use salt. He then put pepper on my salad and said he wasn’t going to remake it because it was my fault for not telling him??? Ordered and paid for a large salad which didn’t even fill up the bowl all the way was bearly filled half way and he put pepper on it so I can’t even eat it or I would be taken to hospital ?? I’m a very anxious girl so I didn’t make a fuss just threw the salad away when I was leaving as I couldn’t eat it. Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. In my opinion this staff member should absolutely be looked into if not fired? He was happy for me to leave with a salad that would put me in the critical care unit. Needless to say I will not...

Its subway! they are generally consistent across the country which is great in the fact that you know what your getting. The only downside to this particular store is the lack of staff on which made the wait very long. Bulls is a busy hub for people driving up and down the country and I kind of would have expected more staff on then the two when a bus arrived. Also, they ran out of bread with none being baked. Now, it was about 7:30pm but again it's a busy place so expected some forward thinking here. Overall, good food just need more staff on or...

I had a horrible experience here today I had gone in to bulls subway plenty of times and got a Garlic toasty or ultamit garlic toast and added bacon to it this time they told me they where unable to do that even thou the product is right there and I was willing to pay extra I do not understand why this is an issue all of a sudden and atleast why my "toastie" couldn't be a six inch bacon sub ? Please be better next time or you will be losing this clustered and anyone who thinks Thai franchise is bullahif for being different...
