Taste Of India - Tawa — Restaurant in North Island

I was collecting from this place on behalf my hostess on Grab-One vouchers. The woman at the counter refused to deliver the food insisting on the signature of the person whose name is on the voucher despite me carrying the vouchers for delivery till I threatened to call the police. This apparently has started with Curry Zaika - Tawa, refusing to take the order when my hostess called - citing an availability clause - which I could not really understand as there was not a single customer to be seen. To add to the appalling customer service by the couple who ran the restaurant, as soon as I collected the order the woman came running out, slammed the door on me. - The food tasted like paper pulp, and the rice was some short grain sticky pulp. Wonder what they put there. Will never visit this place ever and will share this horrible experience with whoever...

Our Customers feedback is important to us.Nadeera Pathiraja called up and asked to use 8 grabone coupon.We requested her to use less coupon as were busy on that day.She got angry and was not ready to understand and told that will give bad review about our food and about shop before having it and hanged up the phone.She called up again with different name & placed the order and asked to pick up at 9pm. But at 9pm came the same person.No one refused to give the food,had asked for signature only to keep manual record of the coupon used,thats all was about it.but she elaborated.
