Absolutely awful experience!! Colder in the store than it was outside.. and its winter. Horrible service by a very rude man that obviously does not want to be there, no small chat no hello no nothing. No sign on the toilet saying you can't use it, but for some reason my partner was not allowed to go wash his hands. Chicken burger was awful, no sauce, fries were undercooked, the lamb burger would have been okay if it wasn't filled with large chunks of raw onion. Ridiculously expensive for what you get.. The food was nice but the service was cold and sterile. I ordered a burger and fries. On the menu board it stated all burgers plus fries $15.50. I pulled out a $20 note and he told me $20 was correct No conversation, smile or banter. Our meals were dumped on the counter and we had to collect them despite dining in. Really bad experience. Really unpleseant man who did not understand the orders. Wanted a burger with fries with mayo and tomato sauce. Fries came without sauce, he put them on the burger and charged me 1$ for the sauces on the fries when i asked for them. Fries also had Far too much salt.
