We ordered takeaway Mac and cheese and cheesy garlic bread it was the most foul disgusting thing we have ever laid eyes on and put in our mouth. We were so hopeful because the price was ridiculous - however price usually equals quality right? Wrong. The Mac and cheese sauce was 100% a packet or jar sauce zero flavour and the bread was chewy as hell. Our first time ordering and we are locals so we’re hopeful but we 100% will not be back and we will be telling our neighbours and co to stay away.

Ashhurst Deer and Duck Inn has become our local every week, love our meals and there's a great range of drinks also. The bar staff, the chef and the owner are all amazing 🥰
